What’s the advantage of subscribing to a creator?
Both Free and Paid Subscriptions give you exclusive access to their some of their content, and the ability to shoot them DMs as you please.
How do I subscribe to a creator?
In order to subscribe, simply hit the subscribe button and choose whether you’d like to subscribe as a free user, or as a premium user. If you choose a Premium Subscription, you’ll need to select whether you’d like to subscribe for 1 week or 1 month. Your verified payment method or any available credit will be selected by default.
Subscribing provides you access to all historical and current content from the selected tier.
How do I find a creator’s profile?
If you’re subscribed to a creator, their icon and name will appear on the homepage once you’ve logged in. Otherwise, you can use the search box to locate them via their @handle.
However, if you’re just looking to seek out new creators, hop over to the Discover tab and scroll at your leisure — have fun exploring!
Why can't I subscribe to a creator's account?
If you’re unable to subscribe to a creator’s account, it may due to one of the following reasons:
— Your profile is unverified
— You don’t have a valid payment method linked to your account
— You’re using an out of date browser

How do auto-renewal subscriptions work?
Paid subscriptions are set to auto-renewal by default. If this is the case, then once your current subscription period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged to renew it for 1 week or 1 month depending on your chosen subscription period. There are a few reasons why an auto-renewal won’t succeed:
— You’ve cancelled your auto-renewal within your ‘Subscriptions’ member section
— Your payment method is no longer valid or has been declined
— The creator has changed their subscription price
— The creator has removed you as a subscriber or has disallowed auto-renewal on their page
How do I cancel a subscription?
There are two ways to cancel a subscription.
— Head to the creator’s profile from which you’d like to unsubscribe, and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ option.
— Head to the Subscriptions section under your settings and cancel the subscription you’d like to cancel
Please note that all canceled subscriptions will continue for the duration of the remaining week or month, dependent on the subscription duration chosen.
How do I submit a refund request?
As all purchases on the platform are final, refunds aren’t possible, other than in extreme circumstances.
What happens if I initiate a chargeback or credit card dispute?
Chargebacks directly affect a creator’s earnings, and doing so may result in removal from the platform, other than in extreme circumstance (i.e. fraud).
What's a tip?
Simply put, it’s a way of showing your favourite creators that you appreciate their content! Although tipping doesn’t directly unlock any content, creators may return the favour with some content of their choosing.
What's a wallet balance?
Your wallet balance is the amount of money stored on your DESYR account. You’ll need to add to your wallet balance if you’d like to take out paid subscriptions or tip creators.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Wallets balances can be topped up with any MasterCard or VISA card.

Can I become a Creator from any country?
We welcome all creators and are working on making Desyr available in all countries! Meanwhile you will find the list of available countries once you start creating an account.
How do I earn money on DESYR?
To start earning an income on DESYR follow these steps: Add a bank account that is in either your own name or your business’ name Get your account verified by Desyr (if you’re posting adult content) Create subscription tiers of your choosing Make your profile discoverable in Settings in order to reach a wider audience Invite friends to join with your personalised referral link We value and support our content creators and promise to share all the best tips and tricks for making your profile stand out and earn more!
What are subscription tiers?
We want to give our content creators complete freedom when connecting to their fans. This is why we have created subscription tiers, which will allow creators to create multiple subscription options.
is there a limit to how much I can charge my fans for subscriptions?
We don’t believe in limiting our content creators. You know your fans the best and have full freedom in deciding how much you would like to charge for your content!
What are the payout percentages?
All creators on Desyr keep 82% percent of their earnings, including subscriptions, tips, messages etc. The remaining percentage covers transaction fees, payment processing, and hosting fees.
How do I receive a payout for my earnings?
Payouts to your bank account can be made at any time. The only stipulation is that the minimum withdrawal amount is 100€.
Is nudity allowed on DESYR?
DESYR does not have restrictions on the kind of content you can create, provided it’s legal under your local jurisdiction. Creators are allowed to create 18+ content as long as they declare so when creating their account. In this case, DESYR will use ID/ Passport to verify the age of the creator. This can be changed at any time by heading to your settings.
What are referrals?
All content creators can use a personalised referral link to invite fellow content creators to join DESYR.
Who can see my account?
You choose who sees your content! Content creators can choose who they make their content available to based on age, sex and regions as well as choose if their account is discoverablein the ‘Explore’ section or not!
